Shipping Policy
1. Overview
At jamesandfel, we strive to deliver your purchases promptly and reliably within Singapore. This policy provides detailed information on our shipping practices, including areas where delivery may not be available.
2. Shipping to Singapore only (for now)
We offer free delivery to most areas within Singapore. However, there are certain locations where we are unable to provide delivery services. These include:
If you place an order with a delivery address in one of these areas, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address. If no suitable alternative address can be provided, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
We are only able to offer delivery to Singapore at this time. If you require delivery to other countries, please contact us separately at hello@jamesandfel.com to enquire on separate shipping charges.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order (above 1 week), we will notify you via email or phone.
4. Shipping Delivery Estimates
We offer standard delivery to Singapore via courier. Delivery estimates based on location and may take 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery may take longer during high volume periods.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and high demand periods.
5. Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on our website or through the courier's tracking service.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful, they may leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect your order from a nearby collection point.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages deemed undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, repeated failed delivery attempts, or delivery to restricted areas will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and deliverable address.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
jamesandfel is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claim process.
